YACHT CHARTER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1) Yachts’ prices include:
* The yacht
* Yacht and passengers’ insurance
* Crew and crew’s food
* Public marina’s fees within Greece.
2) Yachts’ prices do not include:
* VAT of 4,5% or 9% on the price, for chartering periods more or less than two days accordingly.
* Food and drinks for the guests.
* Fuel consumption for the yacht (except included hours if it is mentioned) and gasoline for the tender and the water toys -if any-.
* Communication expenses and canal fees -if any-.
* Private Marina fees, local taxes and agents’ expenses outside Greek waters - if any-.
* Crew’s graduites (optional).
* Whatever expense is not included in the above paragraph.
* The amount of A.P.A. (Advance Provisioning Allowance) which is estimated to be the 25% of the total charter fee and covers all the above expenses.
A.P.A. EXPLANATION:
The Captain of the yacht, keeps all the receipts, for the expenses and at the end of the charter period, he makes the final calculations and settlement. Of course, the remaining credit, is given back to the charterer. On the other hand, if during the charter period the costs are beyond the APA, additional funds are requested by the charterer from the captain.

3) Booking and Payment terms:
* 50% of the total charter amount with the booking of the cruise and the signing of the agreement.
* The remaining 50% together with the corresponding VAT & the APA amount, 30 days before the charter beginning.
* For LATE bookings the total cost of the charter, together with the corresponding VAT and the APA amount has to be deposited in order to secure the charter.
